AFter checking out of the hotel, I cruised Bakersfield looking for buses, specifically, hydrogen fuel cell buses
of Golden Empire Transit. Came across New Flyer H2204 in regular GET livery, then discovered H2104 and H2102 in
special livery wrap advertising clean hydrogen energy for Bakersfield. Also got a couple of Kern Transit
intercity buses.
Next I went to Visalia, specifically to find Orion VII NG coaches. Visalia Transit still operates a number of them
on its routes. Newer buses are Gilligs.
Going home, I picked up a pizza from Corsaro's Family Pizza in Chowchilla. Happened to be in time for
the last departure of Madera County Connection to that city. Likewise, when I reached Los Banos, the last departure of
The Bus route LB for Merced was happening.
