Same bus, new livery. Today I discovered that VTA Gillig 6406, which formerly wore the 2024 Pride pastels livery, is newly decorated with a 50th anniversary wrap honoring historic personalities, including drag queens, gay icons, and feminists. Curbside, back to front, are Marsha P. Johnson, Keith Haring, Harvey Milk, and José Sarria. Streetside, front to back, are Audre Lorde, Ken Yeager, Billy DeFrank, and Angela Davis. Each of them can be researched on one's own. Ride With Pride!

The block of runs included routes 77, 71, and 70. I got shots on the 71 and then the 77, on Quimby Rd., White Rd., Piedmont Rd., Lundy Ave., and King Rd.
